ENGRAVING POLICY
GIFTS:
Gifts listed as engravable or personalized may have the option of listing one or more of the following: Full Name, First Names, Initials, Dates, Monogram etc. Each Gift pictured is the font available for engraving and the options of engravable enries appears by the item. When required you may have to choose a personalization option and then enter text in the available box. PLEASE be sure to enter personalization EXACTLY as you would like it to appear with capital or lower case letters, numbers, punctuation and characters etc. We can only reproduce characters that appear on a standard American keyboard; no international characters. If a Monogram is desired and offered please specify that option. Initials for Monogram appear as First, Last, Middle initial. When a Date is required such as your Wedding Date, it will appear with hyphens (example: 10-06-2007). When Bride & Groom are required their First Names will be listed with Bride then Groom. We will personalize you Gift exactly as you submit it. We may opt to email you with personalization confirmation prior to finalizing your order for accuracy.
CANDLES:
Candles have specific images available. Each image is as it appears with the only variation being the individual names and dates necessary.
ACCURACY/RETURNS:
Please ensure the accuracy of you Engraving entries at the time of ordering. We may contact you to ensure correct production of your personalized item. On receipt of your order, please inspect you items promptly for errors and defects. Damaged or defective items must be returned within 7 days of delivery date. Personalized items can not be returned or exchanged unless they are damaged or defective. Returned items must be in their original packaging and properly boxed for return to ensure no further damage is caused to the product. Please ensure RA # (Return Authorization #) is printed on outside of box when shipped.
SPECIAL NEEDS:
When ordering your personalized gifts, please keep in mind processing and delivery time. Orders can have express processing or express shipping that will require added expenses to your order.
