RETURN & REFUND POLICIES
 
Return Policy:
Your satisfaction is 100% GUARANTEED for 15 Days from the date of receipt of your original purchase.  This must fall PRIOR to your wedding date.
 
Please keep in mind:
*Absolutely no returns will be accepted after the wedding date.
*Any alterations made to any items, including original packaging,  will void all warranties and will not be accepted as a return.
* Please note that customer will be responsible for freight both ways, unless you receive any item which is defective or has       been damaged during shipping.  Pcola Wedding Creations will immediately replace any defective or damaged items.           Please contact us immediately if you receive defective or damaged items, so they can be replaced as soon as possible.
* Certain items will not be accepted as returns:
 
Non - Returnable Items:
 
1. Personalized Items
2. Disposable Cameras
3. Discontinued and/or Clearance Items
4. Items that have been modified or altered in any way
5. Special Order Items
 
Return Requirements:
 
1. Contact us at customerservice@pcolaweddingcreations.com or by phone to make us aware of your need to return items, prior to shipping items. We may have an alternate address or special instructions required for the return.
2. Items must be returned in original box with packing materials, Receipt and original packing sheet.
3. We suggest insuring your return items, since we are not responsible for any items that are broken in return shipment. If             items are broken, no refund will be given.
4. The item must be postmarked within 30 Days of receipt of your order. This must fall PRIOR to your wedding date.
 
Defective or Damaged Items:
 
Pcola Wedding Creations 100% Guarantees all of our products to be free from factory defects.  If any item is found to be defective, or has been damaged in shipping, we will refund or exchange the item providing you follow the "Return Policy" listed above.
 
Refunds:
 
Pcola Wedding Creations will give a refund or exchange any of our products that are damaged in shipping, or shown to have factory defects. Refund or credits will not be given for items that have been used or damaged by customer from misuse or neglect.  Any custom orders or engraved items are non - refundable (with the exception of items that have factory defects or have been damaged in shipping).  Defective /damaged items must be returned for inspection or no refund will be given.
 
Shipping charges or rush charges will not be refunded.
Return shipping is the customers responsibility unless the return is due to a Pcola Wedding Creations error.
 
To recieve a refund, follow the instructions listed in the "Returns Policy".
