Your Shipping Address:
For your protection, Pcola Wedding Creations may need to contact you by phone to verify your order information if your Order's Shipping Address is different from your Billing Address. If you use a different address for your order, please provide a phone number where we will be able to contact you between 8am - 5pm CST to verify your order. Your order can not be processed and will not be shipped if we are unable to contact you.

Pcola Wedding Creations is able to ship to your home or office.
For a limited time Pcola Wedding Creations is offering a " FREE SHIPPING" offer. We are offering FREE Ground Shipping within the Continental US on all orders over $250.00. This offer requires an item total of $250.00 or more, excluding taxes that may apply to your order. Standard shipping rates apply to 2nd Day or overnight priority shipments. Sorry, orders to Alaska and Hawaii are not eligible for the free shipping offer. Pcola Wedding Creations may stop this promotion at any time, Order NOW to ensure you will recieve FREE Shipping on your order over $250.00.
For orders shipped within th US, Standard Ground shipping will deliver your order to your home or office within six (6) business days after your order has been processed. Most orders are processed within 2 - 3 working days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders containing personalized or engraved items take 10 - 15 days to process. Certain select Personalized items may require 4 weeks delivery time.
For orders shipped Internationally, processing time is the same as in U.S., however shipping time could take up to 2 weeks depending on delivery location. International shipments will incur Broker fees, Import Fees & Taxes on delivery, that are usually C.O.D. from receiver. This type of shipment usually requires signature on delivery, so someone needs to be present on the day of delivery. These fees & taxes are not calculated in the charged shipping costs. These fees are calculated & charged to the receiver by UPS and the Country in which the product is delivered/imported to. We have no control over calculating or processing these fees or taxes.
In the event you need a rush order, you may also specify Overnight or 2nd Day Air; however additional shipping charges and manufacturer rush charges will apply. The above stated order processing times still apply.
In the event your order must be modified or cancelled, Please contact Pcola Wedding Creations by 9am the following business day. Any items that are refused at delivery will incur the original shipping charges, in addition to a $20.00 return processing fee.
